• Therapists focus on helping patients with mental health disorders, diagnosis, and how to cope and heal from past traumas or grief or relationships
• All of these may get brought up during coaching sessions at some point, this isn't the focus of our time together. 
• Coaching is more focused on the future and creating an action plan on how to get where you want to be. 
• Coaching provides more structure and a well designed plan on how to help get you where you are to where you want to be
