After spending more than seven years as a burnt-out, anxious corporate marketing specialist, I had a wake-up call: the path I was on wasn’t aligned with who I was or that work I wanted to do.
That realization sent me on a personal growth journey that changed everything. Now, I use my experience, skills, and heart to help other’s do the same.

Excited for your first coaching session? Here’s how to make sure you’re fully prepared and get the most out of our time together:
1. Schedule Time Without Distractions: This is YOUR time!
2. Purchase a Fresh New Journal:
Get a new journal to take notes, jot down ideas, and keep everything organized.
3. Bring a Laptop or Digital Tools (if preferred):
If you like to take notes digitally or have online resources to access during our session, feel free to bring your laptop or tablet.
4. Come Ready to Take Action:
Every session will give you clear, actionable insights to move you closer to your goals. Come
with an open mind and ready to take the next steps!
Step 1: Schedule your clarity call – FREE 30 minute session to:
- Fully understand your coaching needs and interest
- Identify areas where support is needed
- Explore current barriers and challenges
- Gain clarity on your vision and next steps
- Learn more about how I can support you
Step 2: Choose your package and how you prefer to meet.
- Sessions can be completed either in person or virtual
- Private and quiet meeting space available
- Virtual sessions complete via Google Meets.
Set 3: Using my personal coaching framework we will work together to:
- Gain clarity on your vision
- Uncover what’s really holding you back
- Set measurable goals
- Create a step by step plan to move you forward
- Explore tools and resources that support your growth
Step 4: After each session you will receive a recap from our discussion and actions
items as “homework” to ensure you are getting the most value out of your experience.
